FEI provided design, bidding, and construction administration/observation for rehabilitations at both Wright Elementary School and Memorial High School.

By way of inspection and analysis, FEI determined the necessity to remove and properly dispose of existing asphaltic membrane, rigid insulation, and architectural sheet metal of the roof areas of Wright Elementary School and Memorial High School. Brick masonry demolition was required at certain roof areas and the installation of new rigid insulation, single-ply membrane system, and architectural metal flashing was required at all roof areas.
