UW Oshkosh Kolf Center Roof Replacement

FEI Services: Analysis & Design

The State of WI Division of Facilities Development (DFD) retained FEI to analyze and design repair solutions for the failed roofing system at the UW Oshkosh Kolf Center. The existing roofing system experienced premature failure. DFD utilized FEI to provide technical support for their efforts to recoup losses from the installing contractor and their fiduciary partners.

FEI also provided engineering analysis, recommendations, and design for new roofing systems to accommodate very limited structural wind and load capacities. FEI was also retained by DFD to provide additional construction quality assurance and oversight during the construction of the project.
