Roofing systems required replacement including demolition, carpentry, application of new roofing systems and accessory sheet metal. Selected repairs were performed on roofing systems deemed salvageable.

Other building exterior systems requiring maintenance attention were window, doors, and masonry. Where possible, walls were enhanced thermally with the use of an exterior insulation-and-finish system (EIFS) cladding, providing added efficiency and aesthetics.
