Reactive services serve a direct need or fix an existing problem. For many building managers, an assessment, diagnosis, or un-biased second opinion is all that is required. For others, turn-key services beginning with initial assessment and progressing to project management services are desired to repair or rehabilitate a problem condition.
Proactive services can be utilized for either existing structures or new construction projects. In the case of existing structures, our services predict future concerns and establish recommendations and budgets for future repair efforts. Services for new construction projects include review of drawings and documents to prevent possible building envelope issues prior to construction.
